Create a QR code batch from the files you already use
The generator turns a list into a consistent set of QR codes without making you rebuild the same design one code at a time. Type values directly into the editor or import them from a spreadsheet, text file, or ZIP archive.
You can keep up to 100 values in one batch. Empty rows are skipped, and every new import is appended to the list already on the page.
Choose the right import format
CSV, XLS, and XLSX imports read each populated cell in the first column as a separate QR code. TXT and Markdown files are read line by line. A ZIP archive can contain any combination of those supported file types.
CSV and Excel
Use the first column for QR code content. XLS or XLSX is the best choice for multiline content such as a vCard because one complete cell becomes one QR code, even when the cell contains line breaks.
TXT and Markdown
Each non-empty line becomes a separate QR code. This works well for URL lists, phone numbers, short messages, and other single-line values.
ZIP archives
Upload several supported files together. The generator reads CSV, XLS, XLSX, TXT, and MD files inside the archive and adds their values to the current batch.
Set one design, then make exceptions
Use the preview column to set the shared colors, shapes, logo, and other QR options. Those settings apply across the batch. Open any QR code from the list when one item needs its own design; later shared changes will leave that custom version untouched.
Export the QR code bulk in ZIP or XLSX
Select specific rows or leave everything unselected to export the full batch. Both export options keep the QR content tied to its generated image.
ZIP for separate image files
Choose PNG, SVG, WEBP, or JPG before downloading. Each QR code is saved as a separate file, with a readable filename based on its content whenever possible.
XLSX for a portable working sheet
The spreadsheet places the QR content in column one, the image in column two, and the recommended minimum size for screen or print in column three.
Dynamic QR codes for supported links and actions
Registered users can create dynamic QR codes for supported schemes such as http(s), tel:, and mailto:. A dynamic code points to a managed destination, so the destination and scan activity can be handled through MeoVC after the code has been distributed.
